By using the services of Flaminkgo Notary, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Flaminkgo Notary provides mobile notary and remote online notarization (RON) services in accordance with applicable Illinois and Iowa state laws. All notarizations require proper identification and compliance with legal requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Proper identification is not provided
• The signer appears unwilling, unaware, or under duress
• The document is incomplete or contains blank spaces
• The notarization request does not meet legal standards

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Same-day and emergency appointments may be offered when possible.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate appointment details
• Having documents prepared and ready at the time of appointment
• Ensuring all required signers are present with valid identification

Fees for notary services may include:

• Notarization fees (as allowed by state law)
• Travel fees for mobile services
• Convenience fees for after-hours or emergency appointments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We request reasonable notice for cancellations. Travel fees may apply if a notary has already been dispatched to your location.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

RON services are conducted through secure third-party platforms. Clients must meet all technical and identity verification requirements.

Flaminkgo Notary is not responsible for:

• Technical issues on the client’s device
• Internet connectivity problems
• Failure to complete identity verification

Flaminkgo Notary is not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of any document presented for notarization. We do not provide legal advice.

Our role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures in accordance with applicable laws.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Flaminkgo Notary reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
